About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and making a meaningful impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with customers, and managing projects. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for welcoming new clients to Motive, designing their websites, and managing the project until the site goes live.

In this job, you can expect to:

• Take 10-15 websites from contract to activation each month

• Design websites using our powerful drag-and-drop CMS

• Collaborate closely with dealership clients to understand their unique needs

• Work cross-functionality with engineering, sales, and OEM teams to ensure that all stakeholders’ needs are met

• Work to provide a smooth handoff to the account management team after site launches

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or website implementation

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Experience with CMS/website platforms

• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus but not required

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment

Compensation: $50,000 to $70,000 in salary.

• This pay scale is inclusive of various prerequisites and levels of proficiency and will be further narrowed throughout the interview process.

• Your compensation will additionally include meaningful stock option compensation.

• Motive contributes 100% of the cost of employees' health, dental, and vision insurance premiums. For employees’ dependents, Motive covers 50% of their insurance premiums.

Work Location: Remote or in-person in Oklahoma City
