About the Role
As an OEM Program Coordinator, you will play a key support role in managing Motive’s programs with our manufacturer partners. You’ll assist in coordinating and managing deliverables, maintaining documentation, communicating with internal teams and external partners, and helping ensure the success of our OEM partnerships. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in client services, marketing, operations, or account coordination who is looking to grow into a program management career.
In this role, you can expect to:
Organize OEM program activities, track key deliverables
Create and maintain updated documentation on requirements, standards and compliance
Create program websites pages, manage assets, upload banners, and other install other creative content as needed.
Collaborate with Engineering to ensure new platform features, updates, and pages meet functional and design requirements.
Identify and escalate technical or creative issues that could impact deliverable quality or timelines.
Prepare status reports, performance updates, and meeting materials for OEM partners; respond to inquiries and escalate complex issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver program requirements, assist with compliance reviews, content audits, and monitor program progress for risks or blockers.
We’re looking for someone who has/is:
1–3 years of experience in a client-facing, project coordination, account support, or digital marketing role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with tools like Linear, Notion, or Looker.
Experience in the automotive or powersports industry preferred.
Exposure to dealership websites, digital marketing platforms, or OEM relationships preferred.
